Stay Up All Night..

It has been a while I haven't meet Nik, my very good friend since school. Even we live less than a kilometre between each other, but we seldom see each other much.

Since I was so boring at home last night, I called Nik to have some chat. I said, 'I am boring at home alone.. don't know what to do!'. 'Why don't you come over and we go for a drink or a bite at a stall near by.. what say you?' he replied. Without thinking any further, I grab my car key and drove over to his place.

We spent out time with late supper and being online, downloading songs, video and so on.. and by the time, I realized it was 6.30am! Time flies really fast when we have fun. We really missed our time together just like while we're in school, do a lot of things together, sharing problems and had fun being around each other and other friends.

Nik, thanks for being a very good friend till today. I really appreciate our friendship which has been more than 20 years now.. :)

Poor Sarina..

Today we decided to visit Sarina at her place in Federal Hill, Jalan Travers (her second home after Hartamas, just for your info!). Me, Yatie, Allie, Zahir & Razman met at the hotel and we departed at 4.30pm, luckily the traffic was clear this evening.. so we reached at her place less than 30 minutes! Amazing!! Kuala Lumpur during peak hour without traffic.. unbelievable!

As usual, Sarina welcoming us to her home with her smile and her food (she fried everything in her fridge!).. thanking us for the visit. Suddenly I felt guilty again as I did not bring her anything.. I was late and was rushing just now to meet the rest at the hotel.

Looking at her, the burnt was still serious even after a week now. The bubbles has popped-out and left a few areas of her skin uncovered. Seriously, each time I looked at her burnt, it makes me wonder how did she handle the situation when the incident happened a week ago? She was a strong soft looking women.. Betul ke ayat tu?? (aku hentam je ni!) : )

Then received a call from Poh Ling to let us know that she unable to join us as she will only can leave her office at 5.30pm and it was a heavy rain in her place. Half hour later, Sarina's husband arrived from his office. Then he went our to buy us some food for dinner. While her husband was out, we started with our gossip and chat session amongst us. It was fun and as usual, Razman became joker for the day!

Yatie was the first left us caused she had to attend her son's kindergarten concert at 7.00pm in Cheras. As usual, we 'lepak' while watching tv, Razman and Zahir took a short nap while we continue our gossiping. Left her place at 9.00pm as Sarina has to leave for her doctor's appointment to clean-up her burnt.

I believe, Sarina will be able to take care herself as much as she took care of her friends. With some help from her husband (just married less than two months ago!! kesian kan?), she will be fine. Hope you will recover soon..

Full Satisfaction!

It is now 7.45am.. just can't wait to type my latest blog! I've just had my breakfast. I've been waited for more than a month for this satisfaction.. nasi lemak. Gwad, so delicious!!


Just chatting with Joe via Yahoo Messenger about nasi lemak this morning at 6.30am. I was saying, 'I haven't sleep till now, waiting for nasi lemak stall to open.. must have nasi lemak today!' Joe said 'Ayooooooooooooo! (yeah, with the long 'O'!), it has been a while I didn't had nasi lemak! Sedapnya!'. Told Joe how good it is to have nasi lemak with sambal kerang, telur goreng, extra cucumber and extra sambal. And Joe replied, 'Shut the F up!!'. I bet, Joe must have really missed local food. He is a big eater too.. just like me! We both really enjoy food! No wonder he gained so much weight while he was in Kuala Lumpur last month. : )

I've waited since yesterday to enjoy this nasi lemak, went to the makcik stall yesterday morning at 6.15am, but it a bit too early and the stall is still closed. It has been closed for business since Ramadhan month.. and no other nasi lemak can beat this makcik's nasi lemak.

Joe, if you are here, you should smell the aroma of this nasi lemak.. I tell you, you just can't wait to put it in your mouth and swallow it! Satisfaction guaranteed!!

Now that I'm fulled, I can sleep peacefully.. : )

My First Class

Today is the first performance class.. it is so much fun! This year, we have a lot of participants and surprisingly I saw a few new faces such as Dawina, Alicia, Tracey, John, Danny, Nazri and a few other familiar faces like Yatie, Allie and Ish! But I really missed Annie in the class.. she really good in dancing. The class is quite difficult from before. But in order for us to keep our 'Winner' title, we still have to go with it.

At first, I don't feel like to join the class but I was persuaded by Yatie, Mogi and Allie.. and they need a few people that already have a basic of performance. Well, I used to do the performances for the hotel before with the lessons from Istana Budaya and as well as Mogi that was last year. So, I decided to have fun with the rest of them! And.. here I am!! :)

From the first step Mogi teach us, I can see that this will be a great performance. The props, the idea and the energy.. was just great! We gonna have so much fun. So you guys out there, please,
please pray for us.. to keep our title this year! : )

Sorry For Sarina..

Just spoken to Poh Ling a few minutes ago.. she called me after I told he about Sarina while chatting via Yahoo Massenger earlier. Sarina got splashed by a boiling hot water.. Pity her..

I felt so guilty to Sarina as she called me on that night when she meet with that accident at home. Asking me to come over to her place for her last minute raya open house.. but I've just parked my car in my porch at home. You know, once you reach home, you might not want to go out anymore! That is the feeling I had at that time.. and I thought it was just a small accident.

She was saying, 'Come la.. You know, I've got splashed by the hot water while preparing the open house.. just come and have some food.. I've cooked a lot for your guys!'. This really makes me guilty knowing that it was a serious burnt she had now.

When I saw Sarina at the work place the other day, I realised that it was actually a very serious accident. She got burnt all over her chest.. very painful! How shall I say sorry to her? What shall I do now??


Planned to visit her tomorrow or the day after with the rest of the group.. and Poh Ling too, I guess Annie might join us as well. Mmm.. what shall I bring her then? Fruits?? Flowers?? Any other good idea?

Voice Mail..

I was woke-up by the in-coming call from my mobile at 9.55am. The unknown number was very familiar to me.. but I just can't recall. Did not pick-up the phone but I let it ring instead! I have no mood in this early morning especially while I'm having my good time sleeping!

Now I remember, that was the number from UIA.. ahh.. don't tell me Hanan is calling me again to do her a favour!

A minutes after, I heard the message tone on my mobile. It was a voice mail.. I listened to the voice mail and a husky voice says 'Hey, this is Faarhad. Sorry, I was so busy and a lot of things going on. I'll text you when I'm free.'

Mmm..?? : s

Faarhad called me from his office. That is why he didn't reply all my text messages.. he was busy! : ( He's probably out of mobile credit still. Never mind.. I will patiently wait for him. Don't want to push him, just go with the flow.. Hope this is worth waiting!

Sightseeing..

Today is the first day of my raya leave and I just don't know what to do! Really had no plan at all.. I've planned this leave for Raya open houses but most of it is on the weekends. Other than that, my planned was just resting at home (to catch-up with all my sleeps!) and my performance classes.

While on the way to the hotel this evening, received a call from Yatie saying that the performance class has been canceled. So, I will have the whole day for myself!

Then I decided to have a walk in Little India with Zahir while doing some survey for our costume for the party. We've walked all the way to Central Market through Masjid Jamek then end up in China Town.

I was so happy to be able to see Kuala Lumpur.. doing the sightseeing! I know, you guys think that I'm crazy.. but I just don't have enough time to explore my own city sometimes. This is just a great opportunity to see the progress of the city..

Going through the Central Market.. there's a lot of changes, a lot of interesting shop opened. Interesting.. very interesting! I love this place especially their antique shops. I think, it has been 4 years now I have not been here.



In China Town, I can't wait to have the famous Air Mata Kucing. It really brings back my memory while in school. Do you remember Nik, I always dragged you to China Town after our class just to have this Air Mata Kucing? Remember?? : ) And I'm still a big fan of it and sometimes I'll drop by here when I think of having this drink! Crazy huh?? That's me!

If you guys have a spare time, do visit the city especially to the places that we have not been explored after a few years. Doing a sightseeing in our own city was just interesting as visiting other cities in this world! Trust me! : )
